Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) seeks a dynamic academic leader who will be instrumental in leading the College of Liberal Arts at RIT, a world-renowned university with a strong focus on student centeredness, scholarship, and career-oriented innovation.

As the chief academic officer for the College of Liberal Arts, the Dean will partner with the new Provost to implement the University’s vision of a Category-of-One premier innovation university.

RIT is unique among institutes of technology because of the breadth and depth of the College of Liberal Arts. The College has more than 140 highly credentialed full-time faculty representing all of the traditional liberal arts disciplines. While the College provides liberal arts courses for students seeking degrees in the other colleges of RIT, more than 700 students are currently enrolled in a number of B.S. and M.S. degree programs in liberal arts.
